該產(chǎn)品采用新一代纖維阻燃技術(shù)——無機高分子與有機高分子的復合與互穿,使阻燃劑無機高分子在纖維有機大分子中以納米狀態(tài)或以互穿網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)存在,既保證了纖維強伸度,又實現(xiàn)了低毒、低煙、不熔融滴落和對環(huán)境不造成任何危害,火燒產(chǎn)生少量煙霧,不溶滴,收縮后碳化。

This product is made by the new technic of flame-retardant fiber, which is integrated by inorganic polymer and organic polymer in order to make flame retardant inorganic polymer exist in fiber organic polymer by the form of nanometer or mesh status. In that case, fiber strenghth can be ensured. Meanwhile, there is low gas, low mist, no melting drops and no harm to environment when flamed. It will be carbonized after shrinking.

It is made of unique synthetic flame retardant fiber and by advanced manufacture technics with permanent flame retardant function. There is little smoke and no melting drops with self-extinguishing effect when flaming.
Excellent uniformity, smooth surface, flexible, excellent filter efficiency, high dust holding capacity, good stability, easy to tailor, sew, available for machine sewing, high-frequency and ultrasound welding. It can be used in pocket filter making.

采用玻璃長纖維,以非織物式方式均勻迭合制成,出風面經(jīng)過特殊處理,解決了普通耐高溫玻纖棉的掉纖維現(xiàn)象。
性能穩(wěn)定:可在240℃高溫下長期使用而不老化,而且尺寸穩(wěn)定性極佳,在250℃左右的熱收縮率僅為0.1%,短時間暴露于300℃高中也不會收縮、脆化、軟化或者融熔,只在500℃以上開始軟化。
阻燃性能極佳(絕不燃燒),達A級阻燃國標,火燒不溶滴、不聚碳、不收縮、不變形。
抗化學性佳,耐濕性強,吸濕性低,使用壽命長
用途:廣泛用于化工廠、火電廠、碳黑廠、水泥廠、石灰廠、煉焦廠、冶煉廠、瀝青廠、噴漆廠以及電弧爐、油鍋爐、焚化爐的高煙道和熱空氣過濾,既能有效除塵,又能抵抗有害煙霧的化學侵蝕。

High temperature resistant glass fiber filter mat
It is made of long fiberglass and non-woven with uniformity. Outlet side is specially treated in order to avoid the fiberglass shed.
Stable performance: No degradation under the high temperature of 240 degree Celsius use. Size is stable with only 0.1 % contraction at 250 degree Celsius. No contraction, no embrittlement, no softening, and no melting in short time at 300 degree Celsius, only softening at 500 degree Celsius.
Excellent flame retardance ( non-flame ), up to national Grade A flame retardance standard. No drop, no polycarbon, no contraction, and no deformation with firing.
Excellent chemical resistance, high moisture-resistance, low moisture absorption, long working life.
